Devil Magic---Speed

Speed was invented by the old expert Hank who learned the Devil Crystal's "Black Magic" from ancient data. He used magic on the airship to increase its engine's power and make it fly faster. This magic is very helpful in battles, although it's only effective for a short time.

1.You need devil SP to increase the target army's movement speed. It can be used on any army.

2.It costs 30 Devil SP each time.

3.It is effective for 30 minutes.
