Deity Magic---Postpone

Postpone was invented by the young female minister, Jenny from the Deity Magic Department. Jenny thought that they should take advantage of it in order to attack enemies on their back. When she talked with her teacher Hank, she found that the energy released by the Holy Crystal is called "White Magic".

1.You need holy SP to decrease the target army's movement speed. It can be used on any army.

2.It costs 30 Holy SP each time.

3.It is effective for 10 minutes.
